About this book deutschenglish
Since the late 2000s, the online evaluation platforms have become the subject of German legal discussions. The first milestone of the discussions was established as the German Federal Supreme Court rendered ist so called Spickmich Decision in 2009. Although more than a decade has gone by, it seems that the discussions never cease to exist. One of the reasons therefor is a continuous improvement in Technology. As the technology progresses, we see more and more innovations in the business models of the platforms, which lead to new legal problems. This book is a contribution to the legal discussions about the online evaluation platforms. It focuses in particular on the platforms, on which persons are evaluated, and provides the analysis of the constitutional issues of the subject matter, including but not limited to the problem of the multipolar relationships between the constitutional rights of persons involved and the problematic anonymity asymmetry.
