It was determined through a longitudinal section study, using the example of an advanced education course for head teachers, how advanced education has an effect on the approach and attitude as well as on the innovation-related action of the participants and consequently also on the quality of head teachers. Furthermore, the implementation rate of an innovation from the perspective of the principals was measured in terms of a survey.
