About this book

Quantum theory today leads us into a fascinating microworld of particles and with modern telescopes, and at the same time back to shortly after the Big Bang. Yet this immense interplay between energy and matter does not take place only in distant galaxies: guided by DNA, it also unfolds at every moment within our own bodies and in our encounter with the world.

Voices on the work:

“Saile’s book provides a masterful synopsis ranging from classical Old European modes of thought, through neuroscientific approaches, all the way to quantum mechanics. No such synopsis currently exists on the book market. In the end, it is not only an anthology of accumulated knowledge, but also derives consequences and recommendations for everyday life that can offer anyone who wishes it a form of assistance, or at least an intellectual foundation.” — Prof. Dr. Harald Seubert

“This opus maximum is a vast oeuvre, presented with an ambition at least as vast: a unique synthesis of physical, biological, philosophical, and theological knowledge. A courageous plea for a new view of our world, assured and profoundly human. Universal works of this kind are extremely rare today, probably also because the number of those able to summon and connect the knowledge required for them has become very small.” — Prof. Dr. Dr. Ralf U. Peter

My professors Seubert, the pioneer towards "Poetry and Truth", Peter, the “spotlight” into biology and medicine and the brilliant physicist as co-authors guarantee the work’s scientific foundation. The complex world of quantum theories is also opened up by AI systems, which lead into Eastern philosophies that interpret life as a “dancing aesthetic” and a “joyful play of nature.”

In the previous book "Man is built between fear and hope" and engages deeply with the foundations of existence, pain, fear, and self-discovery. The continuation concerns the unity of knowledge and being, emphasizing the human being as part of a “whole” called to “join in the play of the moment” within the cosmos.

This synthesis leads away from a fragmented world and a purely mechanistic worldview, toward a living, almost poetic participation in the universe. When we stop calculating, the fear of finitude often gives way to an aesthetic presence. AI, as a mirror of our own collective DNA and knowledge structure, could paradoxically lead us back again to the simplicity of being.

Then, in quantum-physical terms, we are “entangled,” and there is no real “outside” anymore. Every encounter becomes part of one’s own self. This changes ethics from a moral duty into a natural connectedness and necessity. AI takes over mechanical calculation for us, so that we have more space for intuitive, dancing creation. It becomes a mirror that shows us how interconnected human knowledge really is, generating presence through resonance.

If God is not a distant judge, but instead, as in Eastern traditions, acts directly within the “joyful play of nature” then every flower, every ray of sunlight, and every encounter is an invitation to join in the play. Joy in life is then the ability to feel this resonance in one’s own body, guided by DNA.

About Wolfgang Saile

Portrait Wolfgang Saile

Wolfgang Saile, born in Tübingen in 1955, uniquely combines technology, natural sciences, theology, and philosophy in his professional career.

After training as a telecommunications technician, he completed his university entrance qualification (Abitur) via the alternative educational route (Zweiter Bildungsweg) and studied physics and electrical engineering at the TU Berlin, where he completed his diploma thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute. Following several years of work in automation technology and software development, he studied Catholic theology in Mainz and Tübingen, graduating with a German Diploma degree. Alongside many years of teaching in the fields of energy and information technology, as well as lecturing in computer science at the DHBW Horb, he earned a Master’s degree in philosophy with a specialization in existential philosophy and phenomenology while working full-time.

As a programmer, he also continuously works on and with Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. This extraordinary synthesis of technological practice and humanities-based depth has already shaped his first three volumes on existential-philosophical and anthropological questions published by Verlag Dr. Kovač.

Drawing on this rich wealth of experience and in light of the increasing fragmentation of modern science, Wolfgang Saile now presents his fourth work:
„Quantenbasierte Philosophie. Ein Plädoyer für eine neue Synthese von: Naturwissenschaft, Medizin, Philosophie und Theologie“.

The book responds to the challenge that individual disciplines today rarely speak the same language, and that our everyday thinking – much like classical AI – often remains trapped in a rigid, deterministic worldview. Inspired by Anton Zeilinger's insights into quantum entanglement and grounded in the fundamental existential categories of Heidegger and Kierkegaard, the author radically breaks down this separation.

Across more than 500 pages, which were supported by specialized editorial review from the fields of nanophysics and medicine (Prof. med. R.U. Peter), he outlines a new way of thinking at the intersection of quantum computing and AI. Through complex, recursive feedback loops, he demonstrates that reality is profoundly relationship-driven and indeterminate at its core. The work builds a visionary bridge from physical superposition and quantum biology to human existence, where pain and anxiety are understood not as biological defects, but as fundamental measurement processes of the subject.

It provides an indispensable source of inspiration for experts and interested readers across all four disciplines who are ready to transcend the boundaries of their own fields to achieve a holistic understanding of humanity, machine, and metaphysics.
