This book deals with this topic and analyses if a simultaneous improvement in productivity and health in an organization is possible and what consequences this would have for an organization.

Through the course of this book various strength-based concepts (e.g. Systemic Therapy and Consultation, Positive Psychology, Strength-based Management) are analyzed to reveal indications for developing a job design that fosters health and productivity. These indications are the basis for the development of an instrument that is designed to unleash human competencies and potentials. This helps organizations to counteract the trend of an increase in psychological problems in organizations, which is one of the biggest challenges in the design of modern workplaces. Furthermore, the instrument helps organizations to secure their own future organizational development by the preservation, exploration and the consistent further development of human based potentials.
