Bernd Sommer, after having spent more than 15 years working at the grass roots in the field of welfare, has been active for more than 20 years in academic teaching. One of his teaching, research as well as publication priorities is focused on the serious endeavour of commending, as an orientation guide, insights from didactics being the art of learning and teaching to colleagues who work pedagogically as professionals outside schools.
